Jayshri Gamoth, MD, is the CEO and Medical Director of A to Z Dermatology, with locations in Casa Grande, Mesa, Sun City, Gold Canyon, and Chandler, Arizona. With over 10+ years of experience, Dr. Gamoth has become one of Arizona’s leading physicians in the treatment of general and surgical skin conditions. Dr. Gamoth is skilled in complex surgical techniques and specializes in the treatment of various skin cancers.

Dr. Gamoth earned her bachelor’s degree from Jersey City State University and her medical degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in the Dominican Republic. She then completed her residency in family medicine at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Beaumont, Texas, with further training at McKeesport Hospital in McKeesport, Pennsylvania.

Her private practices cover all areas of dermatology, including cosmetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, and IPL photofacials. As an educator, Dr. Gamoth consistently shares the importance of a healthy skin regime with her local community. Her desire is to offer affordable health care to all who are in need. Dr. Gamoth’s favorite part of practicing medicine is helping her patients find solutions and care for them on a personal level.

Dr. Gamoth has participated in various research studies and presentations on topics ranging from skin cancer to common skin disorders. As a highly qualified medical professional, Dr. Gamoth strives to promote a comfortable atmosphere in which her patients receive the highest quality of care.

In her spare time, Dr. Gamoth enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys community events, music, traveling, and non-profit work.

Dr. Rehder recently moved from Camarillo, California with his wife, where he had been in practice over 30 years. He is a board certified physician in both dermatology and pediatric care. He graduated from Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his residencies at Children's Hospital in Los Angeles and Strong Memorial Hospital University in Rochester. Dr. Rehder has an extensive and well-versed background in both adult and pediatric dermatological care. He was published in multiple articles in dermatology literature regarding atopic dermatitis, perianal dermatitis, genetic skin diseases, psoriasis, and  diaper dermatitis. He has also had articles in dermatology text books. Dr. Rehder enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren. And enjoys swimming, hiking, taking walks, and bike riding. 

Mark A. Meyers, M.D an experienced Dermatologist specializing in MOHS Surgery will now be teaming up with A-Z Dermatology. Dr Meyers has been a well-established practicing Dermatologist in the Phoenix metro area for the past 40+ years.

Dr Meyers is a graduate of the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and completed his dermatology residency at Cook County hospital in Chicago. He trained in skin surgery during his residency and further trained in the Mohs Micrographic Surgery procedure and wound closure course offered by the American Society for Mohs Surgery. He received training by a Mohs surgeon who was trained by a student of Dr Frederic Mohs, the Physician who developed the procedure.

Dr. Meyers also has extensive training in laser surgery and has been a speaker for various laser companies in the past. He currently concentrates on CO₂ laser treatments for more youthful appearing skin and body sculpting to reduce unwanted body fat and skin tightening as well.

Dr. Meyers has a caring personality and develops individualized approach to patient care.

Dr. Sheila Farhang, MD is the Mohs Micrographic Skin Cancer Surgeon at A to Z Dermatology Chandler and Casa Grande since 2020. Dr. Farhang is a double board-certified dermatologist and double-fellowship trained Cutaneous Oncology and Reconstructive Mohs Micrographic Skin Cancer Surgeon and Cosmetic Surgeon. She has performed thousands of Mohs skin cancer surgeries with complex reconstruction. Dr. Farhang’s primary practice, Avant Dermatology & Aesthetics, is located in Tucson, AZ and Beverly Hills, CA.

Dr. Sheila Farhang attended the University of Texas for her undergraduate and medical degrees. Dr. Farhang then completed her dermatology residency at the University of South Florida Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery. During this time, she augmented her surgical education with additional training with plastic surgeons. Upon completion, she was selected for a position at arguably one of the most competitive programs in the country for dual fellowship at the Skin Institute of South Florida in the Miami, FL area. Dr. Farhang also completed a year-long entrepreneur and leadership program through Harvard/MGH -- Advancing Innovation in Dermatology led by Harvard faculty and international industry leaders. She is a fellow of the American Society of American Dermatology (AAD), and American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS).

Dr. Faraj, raised in Connecticut, had received his Bachelor degree in Biology with a Minor in
Chemistry from the University of Connecticut. He went on to obtain a Master in Molecular
Biotechnology from the University of Massachusetts. He then moved south to attend LECOM Medical
School in Bradenton, FL, during which he excelled academically, ultimately scoring in the top
percentile of the United States Medical Licensing Exam, and graduating a the top of his medical class.
Following medical school, Dr. Faraj completed a one-year internship at the Nuvance Health Vassar
Brother Hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY. He then went on to complete a three-year dermatology
residency program in Orlando, FL with affiliation with Kansas City University-GMEC/ADCS
Consortium. Dr. Faraj has received extensive training in medical and surgical dermatology, including
Mohs micrographic surgery, facial reconstructive surgery, laser, cosmetics, and medical hair
restoration. Dr. Faraj has completed thousands of surgeries including excisions, Mohs surgery and
facial reconstructions. Dr. Faraj is published in numerous medical journals including the Journal of
the American Academy of Dermatology, JAMA Dermatology, Cutis, Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Journal
of North America, and Nutrients, amongst others. He is also a member of the American Academy of
Dermatology, American Society for Mohs Surgery, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and
American Medical Association. Outside of his work, Dr. Faraj enjoys spending time with his family,
hiking, rowing, soccer, golfing, traveling, and enjoying authentic local cuisine.

Dr. Julie Jacobs received her undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego before earning her medical degree from Touro University California. She then completed her dermatology residency at Michigan State University/Oakwood Southshore Medical Center.

Dr. Jacobs is skilled in general medical and surgical dermatology and treats a variety of skin conditions. Her clinical interests include skin cancer prevention, screening, and treatment, dermatological procedures, as well as management of acne and rosacea. She strives to provide patient-centered, compassionate care, and works with her patients to achieve their optimal skin health. Dr. Jacobs is proud to have served the Phoenix area with exceptional dermatological care for over 10 years.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, rock climbing, and swimming.

Dr. Jackson is a board-certified dermatologist and Mohs surgeon dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care. Raised in Mesa, Arizona, he has been serving patients in the East Valley since 2019, specializing in skin cancer surgery, reconstructive procedures, and comprehensive dermatologic care.

A former student-athlete at Grand Canyon University, Dr. Jackson earned his degree in biology before attending the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University for his medical degree. He then completed his internship in North Carolina and his dermatology residency at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, Missouri. He is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.

A strong advocate for community health, Dr. Jackson has led educational programs on sun safety and has volunteered at local skin cancer screenings and medical outreach events.

Outside of dermatology, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, serving in his church, coaching youth sports, and staying active through sports and regular exercise.

Dr. Jackson looks forward to partnering with patients to help them achieve lifelong skin health.

Scott Ross, MD, completed medical school at Boston University School of Medicine and his residency at Tufts University Medical Center in Boston.

He has been in private practice both in Arizona and Minnesota for over 25 years and has a special interest in cosmetic dermatology; performing liposuction, hair transplants, Botox, fillers, and multiple lasers for treating wrinkles, sun spots, broken blood vessels of the face, hair removal, tattoo removal, birthmarks, and more.

His philosophical approach to medicine is to treat each and every patient as family, listening carefully to each patient's concerns and explaining in detail a treatment plan individualized for each patient's condition.

In his spare time he is a sports enthusiast enjoying swimming, paddle boarding, jogging, golf, tennis, and kayaking.

Nohe Sebhatu, NP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with the team at A to Z Dermatology, located in Mesa, Casa Grande, Chandler, Sun City, and Gold Canyon, Arizona. Nohe has had a diverse background in medicine, including medical/surgical dermatology, emergency medicine, and urgent care, since 2015. 

Nohe attended the University of St. Francis and Olivet Nazarene University in Illinois for his undergraduate and master’s degrees in nursing, respectively. He holds a board certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a family nurse practitioner. Nohe is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. 

At A to Z Dermatology, Nohe is passionate about delivering individualized and evidence-based care to all of his patients and enjoys managing a spectrum of dermatologic conditions in patients of all ages. His particular dermatological interests include the prevention, early detection, and treatment of skin cancers, as well as the management of acne and psoriasis.

In his spare time, Nohe enjoys reading, hiking with his dog, and spending time with his family. Nohe is fluent in English and Amharic.

Jonathan Alvaro, APN, is a nationally certified nurse practitioner at A to Z Dermatology, which has locations in Chandler, Mesa, Casa Grande, Gold Canyon, and Sun City, Arizona. 

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Jonathan obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Chicago in 2013. He then graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with his Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015. 

Jonathan has been practicing medicine for seven years and has been caring for patients of all ages in many specialties, including emergency medicine, immediate care, and urgent care. During his work in emergency and urgent care, he has seen a multitude of patients experiencing a variety of dermatological concerns.  

Jonathan is married with two daughters and two pomeranian dogs. In his spare time, he likes to travel with his family and try different restaurants. 
Jonathan is enthusiastic as he transitions to full-time dermatology care and joins the A to Z Dermatology family. He prides himself in providing the best skin care tailored to each individual's needs.

Kelley is an Ohio native who moved to Arizona 7 years ago after visiting the state and falling in love with the Saguaro Cactus. Kelley started her nursing career back in 1998 and graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2016. Kelley obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2021 from Walden University. Kelley has a extensive nursing background, including years as a Cosmetic Nurse Injector. Kelley became intrigued with better skin care for herself in 2014. Since then, she developed a passion to pursue a career in the cosmetic and medical dermatology industry to educate others on all the amazing skin care regimens that currently exist. Kelley along with providing treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Microneedling, she enjoys treating Acne, Rashes, Hair loss , nail diseases , and skin cancer screening.

Kelley is happily married with two children, two stepchildren, three dogs and one cat. She has a love of running and enjoys doing half marathons. Kelley is excited to be a part of the A to Z Dermatology team and provide patients with the latest wellness, & skincare treatments! 

Amber Maison is a nationally board certified Physician Assistant (PA) graduating with a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from A. T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in nutrition from Arizona State University. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

At A to Z Dermatology, Amber is passionate about medical and aesthetic dermatology. She has experience with many dermatologic conditions including: early skin cancer detection and prevention, rashes, acne and dermatology procedures. She is also a certified aesthetic injector.

Amber has a background in Family Medicine. Prior to pursuing a career as an Physician assistant, she worked as an orthodontic assistant at Barrow’s Cleft and Craniofacial Center at St. Joseph hospital, working with children and adults with craniofacial disorders. At Barrow’s she worked in close collaboration with other medical specialties including Plastic Surgery.

When she isn’t caring for patients, Amber enjoys reading, completing puzzles, cooking, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Helen McGlashen is a dedicated, board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in the field of dermatology. Nellie started her nursing journey at Lewis-State College in Lewiston, ID, where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Seeking new challenges and opportunities, Nellie relocated to Arizona, where she would spend the majority of her nursing career in the Intensive Care Unit. Her time in this fast-paced, high-pressure environment honed her critical thinking skills and instilled in her a deep sense of compassion for patients in need.

Driven to further her career, Nellie pursued a Masters of Science in Nursing degree from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. This advanced education provided her with specialized training in dermatology, allowing her to develop expertise in diagnosing and treating various skin conditions. Nellie is thrilled to be able to contribute her skills to provide patients with top-quality dermatological care. She believes in fostering a strong patient-provider relationship built on trust, open communication, and individualized care. Nellie is dedicated to understanding each patient's unique needs and concerns, tailoring treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes. Outside of work Nellie enjoys spending time with her friends and family trying new restaurants, spending time outdoors, and traveling.

Tracy has lived in Arizona since 2002 and considers the Valley of the Sun her home. She began her nursing career in 2012 after graduating with her Bachelor`s of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University. Tracy obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018 from Grand Canyon University. Her background includes time on an orthopedic/urology/acute rehabilitation medical-surgical hospital floor while a registered nurse. As a nurse practitioner, she has primary care, medical dermatology and cosmetic experience. Tracy is passionate about skin cancer prevention and screening. Her love of cosmetics stems from the belief that everyone wants and deserves to feel their absolute best. Tracy has been injecting botulinum toxins and dermal fillers for five years. She is passionate about continuing education in the form of seminars and hands-on training and loves to learn about the latest technology and techniques.

Tracy is happily married with two young daughters and a calico Persian cat. She enjoys spending time outdoors and having adventures with her family. Together, you can find them at the neighborhood park, pool or splash pad. Tracy believes exercise is one of the most important forms of self-care and attends group fitness classes during the week. Tracy is thrilled to embark on her next adventure as a member of the A to Z Dermatology team, and looks forward to building rewarding relationships with patients and clients.
